The "Supertel" chain is a neighborhood supermarket chain that includes rich and diverse departments from Israel and abroad, parallel imports and premium brands with an emphasis on quality and freshness. Its branches are located in strategic locations within the neighborhoods and are available with longer opening hours than usual (06:00-24:00), independent checkouts alongside regular checkouts, accessible prices and personal attention.

The chain was founded in 2021 by businessman Rani Zim, Tal Zim (after whom the chain is named) and Moshe Hoftman, and currently has 9 branches, in Ganei Tikva, Petah Tikva and Rehovot. The chain is currently expanding its operations to additional branches.

His insights, experience, and in-depth knowledge of the field helped him implement the vision and set a new standard of quality, freshness, and innovation in the chain's branches.

Moshe Hoftman

One of the leaders of the retail industry in Israel, he began his career as a child. In 2001, he founded and managed, together with a partner, the "Super Bonus" chain, which operated in the central region, and most of its branches were sold by 2018. In the same year, he went independent and founded the "HaTserkhaniya" chain, the bulk of whose business activity was sold to Paz.
